Villa Renci is a beautiful holiday home located in Buje, just a short drive from Umag. Umag is a charming coastal town known for its crystal-clear beaches, historic old town, excellent restaurants, and lively summer events. The surrounding area offers many activities such as cycling and hiking trails, wine and olive oil tastings, water sports, and cultural attractions.
The villa offers 160 m² of living space on a private 596 m² property and accommodates up to 8 guests. It features 3 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, one guest WC, and a comfortable living room with a pull-out sofa for two additional guests.
The outdoor area includes a 30 m² heated swimming pool, with pool heating available on request for an additional charge, four sun loungers, one sun umbrella, and a gas barbecue with an outdoor dining table.
Private parking for up to three cars is available on the property. Pets are not allowed.
The beach is 16 km away, a restaurant is only 200 meters from the villa, and a supermarket is 3 km away.
