Villa Nonni is a charming holiday villa located near Višnjan, just 20 km from Poreč. Poreč is one of Istria’s most famous coastal towns, known for its beautiful old town and the UNESCO-listed Euphrasian Basilica. It also offers beaches, restaurants, cafés, and lively summer events.
The villa accommodates up to 4 guests and offers 61 m² of living space on a fully fenced 500 m² plot, ensuring privacy and comfort. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, and an additional guest WC.
Outside, guests can enjoy a 32 m² private swimming pool with 4 sun loungers and 3 sun umbrellas, as well as a relaxing whirlpool. An outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill and dining table is perfect for al fresco meals.
For entertainment and leisure, the villa offers 6 bicycles for guest use, a quad, darts, board games, and a children’s playground next to the villa.
Youth groups are not allowed. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. The nearest beach is 18 km away, while a restaurant and supermarket are just 5 km from the villa.
