This modern villa offers 130 m² of living space and sits on a fully fenced 2,000 m² private garden, ideal for families, groups and guests travelling with pets (pet fee applies).
Perfect for 6+2 guests, the villa features 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 sofa bed in the living room, 3 bathrooms with showers, and 1 additional guest WC. One bedroom and one bathroom are located on the ground floor, while the other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor.
Outside, you’ll find a covered outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings. The spacious garden includes a children’s playground, table tennis, and a 32 m² saltwater pool with a sun terrace, 8 sun loungers, 2 parasols, and a convenient outdoor shower.
The nearest beach is just 14 km away in Fažana, the gateway to the beautiful Brijuni Islands National Park—perfect for a day trip.
