Villa Tramontana is a stylish and welcoming holiday villa located in the peaceful village of Jadreški, close to Pula. The historic city of Pula is only 8 km away and offers a famous Roman amphitheater, beautiful old town, beaches, restaurants, and many attractions.
The villa offers 140 m² of living space on a private 500 m² plot and is ideal for up to 6 guests. On the first floor there are 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds. The villa is equipped with two air-conditioning units to keep the house cool and comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and one upstairs with a relaxing massage bathtub.
Outside you will find a private 30 m² swimming pool with 6 sun loungers and 2 sun umbrellas. An outdoor dining area and a charcoal grill invite you to enjoy long summer evenings.
For fun and entertainment, the villa offers a PlayStation 4, board games, table football, and darts. Covered parking for up to 4 cars and an electric vehicle charging station are available.
The beach and restaurants are 5 km away, and a supermarket is just 100 meters from the villa.

Villa Tika is a quiet villa in a very beautiful and peaceful environment. This accommodation offers an all-round feeling and pampers you from day one.
Villa Tika is located in the small hamlet of Jadreški, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but still well connected to the city center of Pula.
The two storey villa is furnished in a modern style, light and airy with large windows and glass doors. This villa has floor heating, and it is also comfortable for cold weather periods. The open ground floor consists of a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding area.
It will definitely not be boring, you have the possibility to play billiard, table football, badminton or table tennis.
Just 200 meters away you have a football field and a basketball court. The balls for football and basketball is available in the villa.
In the garden there is a beautiful inviting pool which can be heated and sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. Just a few steps away is a covered outdoor dining area with a gas grill where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends.
