Villa Desire is a charming holiday home in the quiet village of Jurišići, ideal for up to 8 adults, with the possibility of accommodating up to 2 additional children. It has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The villa features 4 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and one double sofa bed in the living room, which is suitable only for the additional children. There are 4 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet, ensuring plenty of comfort and privacy for everyone.
The highlight of the villa is the private jacuzzi and a spacious 53 m² swimming pool. Around the pool, you will find 9 sun loungers and 3 sun umbrellas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.
Outside, there is a lovely dining area for up to 10 people and a charcoal barbecue, ideal for warm summer evenings. Kids (and adults too) can have fun playing table football and table tennis.

The luxury holiday home with the beautiful name MaEm truly offers a wonderful feeling for the relaxing holiday of your dreams. It is located in the medieval town of Svetvincenat. Up to 8 adults + 2 children can find space here and can use the extraordinary luxury with a heated 34 m2 pool and whirlpool. The pool heating is for both the pool and the whirlpool, meaning either both are heated or not. The pool/whirlpool heating is charged extra. In other words, the temperature of the pool & jacuzzi is always the same.
This villa has a beautiful view of the sea. On the ground floor of the villa is the beautiful, bright living room with access to the terrace and pool. Here you will also find the dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows not only provide plenty of light, but also a magnificent view of the wonderful, green surroundings, while a combination of modern design, high quality fittings and the best materials creates a warm and luxurious atmosphere.
There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Another three bedrooms are air-conditioned and are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have a private bathroom for maximum comfort.
In total there are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, one bedroom with ensuite bathroom also has its own sauna, shower and massage bath.
Enjoy the benefits of a professionally equipped summer kitchen with a beautiful fireplace, large dining table and relaxing lounge area suitable for any season. A large glass door leads you directly to the large, carefully tended garden that surrounds the luxury holiday home.
The beaches that are nearby are located next to the idyllic fishing town of Fazana (22 km) with a beautiful harbor where tourists take boats to go to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia - Brijuni. You can find many tourist activities in the beautiful town of Rovinj (23 km), but be sure to visit the regional capital, Pula.7 Bewertungen -
Villa EmMa Istria is located near the town of Svetvincenat, in a village called Jursici. It offers everything you need for a pleasant family vacation and can accommodate up to 10 people. The beautiful sea view will completely enchant you.
The villa has 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, a cozy living room with an open kitchen and a separate own dining room. The whole villa is air-conditioned. There is also underfloor heating for colder days and pool heating on request.
Outside the villa you will find a private pool with sun loungers, which is ideal for refreshing on hot summer days, as well as a covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Also you can play table tennis at the villa. For the gaming world we have a Playstation 4.
The small, picturesque village of Jursici is located near the medieval town of Svetvincenat, the most dominant small town in south-central Istria. Svetvincenat will impress you with the pleasant hospitality of its residents and typical Istrian delicacies, world-renowned wines, fresh extra virgin olive oil, homemade brandies and much more. You can feel antiquity when discovering the Roman amphitheater in the 3000-year-old city of Pula (the largest in Istria), strolling through Porec (the pearl of the Croatian coast and the most visited city in Istria) or the famous St. Euphemia's Church in Rovinj (most beautiful holiday resort in Istria, a city of art and street performers).
