Villa Orada is a lovely holiday home in the peaceful village of Krnica, in the Istria region of Croatia. It is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to relax and enjoy nature. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people and offers everything you need for a comfortable and fun vacation.
Krnica is a small and quiet village surrounded by nature. It has stone houses, olive trees, and clean air. The area is great for walking, biking, or exploring the Istrian countryside. Even though it is peaceful, everything you need is close by. The villa is only 300 meters from the center of the village, where you can find restaurants, a supermarket, and small local shops.
Villa Orada is also close to the sea. The nearest beach is only 2.5 km away, so you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing anytime you want. But if you prefer to stay at the villa, the private swimming pool is a great place to relax. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor shower, which is very useful on hot summer days.
Outside the villa, there is a nice dining area for 6 people. Here you can eat meals together, enjoy the fresh air, or have a barbecue using the charcoal grill. The garden is peaceful and private, perfect for spending time with your family or friends. There are also 3 private parking spaces for your cars.
Inside the villa, you will find 3 cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and is simply but nicely furnished. There are also 2 bathrooms with showers. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Wir waren begeistert von der Villa Orada! Das Haus ist gemütlich, sauber und perfekt für Familien oder Freunde. Die Lage ist ruhig und naturnah. Der private Pool, der schöne Garten mit seinen großen Pflanzen und die liebevolle Ausstattung haben unsermehr anzeigen
Wir waren begeistert von der Villa Orada! Das Haus ist gemütlich, sauber und perfekt für Familien oder Freunde. Die Lage ist ruhig und naturnah. Der private Pool, der schöne Garten mit seinen großen Pflanzen und die liebevolle Ausstattung haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Villa Windrose is located near Pula, precisely in Marčana. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a nicely equipped kitchen with a terrace and garden view. The spacious living room provides the gathering place for entertaining time with family and friends. The 44m2 large pool in the garden invites you to beautiful relaxing hours in the sun. On the upper floor of the villa you also have the opportunity to keep fit. There are stationary bikes at your disposal. Enjoy this Istrian flair and the quiet surroundings. The whole villa is air-conditioned and has free internet for the guests.
In the garden you can grill and spend nice evenings with family and friends.
