This 220 m² villa accommodates up to 10 guests and features 5 bedrooms with double beds, 5 bathrooms with showers, and an additional guest toilet. Guests can enjoy a breathtaking sea view and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
Outdoor highlights include a 48 m² heated saltwater pool (heating optional, extra charge), a sun terrace with 8 loungers and 2 umbrellas, and an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill. For entertainment, the villa offers table tennis, board games, and a PlayStation 5.
Casa Carla is also ideal for remote work, offering dedicated desks and high-speed Starlink internet. Additional amenities include underfloor heating, covered parking with an EV charging station for 2 cars, and the villa is pet-friendly (extra charge). Youth groups are not permitted.
