Beautiful Villa Markulin is situated in a small place called Sisan, only 10 km away from the attractive tourist town of Pula.
Villa Markulin can accommodate up to 6+2 people divided into 3 beautiful bedrooms with double beds. You can also have fun here with additional activities.
Darts and table football are available. The first beach is only 2 km away and can be reached on foot. The cozy outdoor area is ideal for nice evenings, here you can also use the barbecue right next to the pool. Ideal for eating together while some may still be relaxing on one of the sun loungers next to the pool. On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with an open kitchen and dining room. On the first floor are the bedrooms, some with exit to the balcony overlooking the charming place next door. Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning, as well as a private bathroom. There is plenty of space for parking next to the villa, as well as a garage at your disposal. This villa is ideal for small families who would like to spend their vacation next to the sea but also want to do something while vacationing in the villa.

Villa Rosarol is a modern villa located in Liznjan and is only 800 meters from the beach. The villa has a beautiful sea view and is the perfect choice for you. In front of the villa there is a large private pool with hydromassage where you can relax. Outside you will also find a covered terrace with a barbecue and dining table, where you will surely enjoy the romantic atmosphere on summer evenings with family and friends. Inside the villa you have a mix of modern architecture and lots of enjoyment and relaxation. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace with pool and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a bedroom with a private bathroom. On the upper floor there are 3 more beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms and access to the terrace with enchanting sea views. If you are a fan of culture, we definitely recommend you to visit other coastal towns such as Rovinj and Porec or medieval towns in central Istria such as Motovun, Buzet and Grožnjan. In addition to the romantic hills, Central Istria is also known for its rich gastronomic offer. An indispensable part of your trip should be the Brijuni National Park, which is not far from Pula. On the island you will find a diverse flora, safari park, dinosaur excavations and other archaeological sites.

Villa Rosarol is located in Liznjan, just a few minutes drive from the center of Pula. Pula is the largest tourist destination in Istria and is known for its many historical and cultural attractions, such as the Roman-era amphitheater. The most impressive beaches of Liznjan, Palera, Rt Uljeva and Marlera are only 15 minutes (1.5 km), 25 minutes (2.4 km), 30 minutes (3 km) away on foot. In ruhiger und dennoch zentraler Lage, mit allem Wichtigen in unmittelbarer Nähe, befindet sich die Villa Malena – eine moderne und elegante Villa in Ližnjan, nahe dem lebhaften Küstenort Medulin. Medulin ist bekannt für seine Sandstrände, die belebte Promenade und charmante lokale Restaurants und bietet damit die perfekte Mischung aus Erholung und Unterhaltung.
Die 244 m² große Villa bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste und verfügt über 4 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (210 x 200 cm), 4 Badezimmer mit Duschen sowie ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Die Villa ist auf höchsten Komfort ausgelegt und bietet von nahezu jedem Raum einen beeindruckenden Meerblick.
Gäste können im privaten Sauna-Bereich neue Energie tanken. Dieser ist mit einem zusätzlichen WC und einer Dusche ausgestattet. Anschließend lädt der Jacuzzi auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer zum Entspannen ein.
Zur Villa gehört außerdem eine vollständig geschlossene „Konoba“, ein traditioneller, ins Haus integrierter Raum. Sie ist mit einem Gasgrill, einem Esstisch, einem zusätzlichen Kühlschrank und einem TV ausgestattet und eignet sich ideal für gesellige Mahlzeiten oder gemütliche Abende – unabhängig von der Wetterlage.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist der 51 m² große beheizte Salzwasserpool (Poolheizung optional gegen Aufpreis) sowie die Sonnenterrasse mit 8 Sonnenliegen.
Für Unterhaltung sorgen Gesellschaftsspiele und eine PlayStation 4.
Darüber hinaus bietet die Villa eine Fußbodenheizung,
Parkmöglichkeiten für bis zu vier Fahrzeuge inklusive Ladestation für Elektroautos sowie Moskitonetze im gesamten Haus.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, ebenso wenig Jugendgruppen.
In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich der Strand in 1,9 km Entfernung, ein Restaurant in 500 m, ein Supermarkt in 300 m sowie ein Tenniszentrum mit vier Sandplätzen, das nur 900 m von der Villa entfernt und fußläufig erreichbar ist.
