Villa Beauty is a modern and elegant holiday home near Rovinj, offering the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and relaxation. Set on a spacious 970 m² private property, the villa features 120 m² of living space and accommodates up to 7 guests.
The villa offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms with showers, and an additional guest toilet. High-speed fiber-optic internet is available throughout the property.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private 55 m² swimming pool, which can be heated upon request for an additional fee. 6 sun loungers and 3 sun umbrellas provide the perfect setting for relaxing under the Istrian sun. A covered parking area and a charcoal barbecue are also available.
For extra comfort and entertainment, Villa Beauty features a private wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna, a children's playground, darts, and a selection of board games.
Located near Rovinj, one of the most beautiful towns on the Adriatic coast, guests can explore its charming old town, vibrant harbor, excellent restaurants, and numerous cultural attractions. The surrounding area offers countless opportunities for cycling, hiking, boat excursions, water sports, and discovering the natural beauty of Istria.
