Known as the Pearl of the Adriatic, Opatija combines elegant Austro-Hungarian architecture with a vibrant seaside promenade. Istria, with its picturesque hilltop towns and renowned cuisine, offers a perfect blend of Mediterranean charm and cultural heritage.
The fully fenced property provides complete privacy and comfort. Villa Vista Hills features 5 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, and additional sleeping space for 4 guests on the large living-room sofa. There are 5 modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower (one bathroom includes an additional bathtub).
Guests can indulge in the private wellness area, featuring a jacuzzi, sauna, two loungers, a shower, and a WC. A fully equipped fitness room is also available. The villa offers panoramic sea views from every room, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere throughout your stay. Underfloor heating provides additional warmth, making the villa perfect for stays outside the main season.
Entertainment options include board games, table tennis, and a PlayStation 4. Outside, a heated 32 m² pool invites you to unwind, along with 10 sun loungers on the spacious terrace.
