The villa accommodates up to 10 guests, featuring 4 stylish bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 additional extra beds, and a separate guest WC — perfect for families seeking comfort, space, and a relaxing stay by the sea.
The outdoor area boasts a spectacular 50 m² heated infinity pool (pool heating is charged extra), surrounded by 8 sun loungers and complemented by beautiful sea views that create a true holiday atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a gas barbecue and a spacious outdoor dining table, ideal for long summer evenings by the sea. For entertainment, the villa offers board games, darts, table tennis, and table football. A garage and an electric vehicle charging station are also available.
Please note pets and youth groups are strictly not allowed.
A restaurant is only 80 meters away, and a supermarket can be reached within 150 meters — everything conveniently within walking distance.
