Villa Jacky is a lovely villa located near one of the most popular tourist holiday destinations in Istria - the beautiful town of Porec.
It is only 900 meters from the sea and can accommodate up to 8 people.
It has 4 charming bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
On the ground floor you will find an open living room connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The terraces offer a beautiful view of the heated pool and the surrounding area. From the living/dining area you have direct access to the 45 m2 private pool. The outdoor area also features a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a dining area where you can enjoy a relaxing summer evening with local delicacies.
Porec is known for its rich cultural heritage, especially the Euphrasian Basilica, built in the 6th century and considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Here you will find a wide range of beautiful sunny beaches, excellent restaurants, cafes and bars. If you want to stay active during your vacation, Porec is the ideal place for you! Here you can play tennis, mini golf and beach volleyball as well as enjoy various water sports. However, if you just want to relax and enjoy the sun, you don't need to leave the villa as it has everything you could need on your holiday!

This unique and luxurious, well-equipped villa in Poreč is located just 200m as the crow flies from the sea and offers unique privacy, with a garden and private pool. Built in Tuscan style and with typical Istrian flair, this villa is a real dream. It has 9 air-conditioned rooms, 5 bathrooms, a kitchen and terrace with a summer kitchen and seating area. The villa has an area of an incredible 597m2. The private pool has a large sunbathing area, with sun loungers, lounge corner and parasols. The garden has an area of 1,714m2 and is lovingly and elaborately landscaped. All rooms on the ground floor have access to the outside, the terrace and the pool. All upstairs rooms have access to a roof terrace with sea views. The villa's driveway is very private and discreet, as is the entire location of this first-class residence.
Only 200m as the crow flies from the sea, next to the villas of the Laguna Park Resort, you can reach the beach and the beach promenade in a few minutes on foot. It is approx. 1.8 kilometers to the old town of Poreč. You can walk along the Adriatic Sea to reach the tourist center or use the tourist train, which runs several times an hour only about 200 meters from the villa to the center of Poreč and back again.

Villa Mia & Iva can welcome up to 6+2 people, making it a great choice for families or small groups. This beautiful house is also pet-friendly for an extra cost, so you can bring your furry friends along.
The villa has 3 cozy bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds, and the other two have double beds. In the living room you can find two double sofa beds for the additional persons. In total there are 2 bathrooms.
Outside, you will find a private pool of 32 m², where you can swim and relax. There are 8 sunbeds and 2 sun umbrellas around the pool, so you can enjoy the sun in comfort.
For your convenience, the villa has 4 parking spaces, so you don’t have to worry about where to park your car. There is also an outdoor dining area for 6 people, where you can enjoy meals together. The charcoal barbecue allows you to cook delicious meals outside.
The villa is fully fenced, which gives you privacy and safety. Children will love the playground with swings, perfect for little ones to have fun and play.
Young groups are also accepted with condition of double deposit.
