With 350 m² of living space and accommodation for up to 10 guests, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxing Istrian escape.
The villa features 5 comfortable bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, providing plenty of privacy and convenience for every guest.
Outside, a 24 m² private pool is surrounded by 10 sun loungers and 2 parasols – perfect for long, lazy summer days. The spacious grounds also feature a volleyball court, children's playground and table tennis.
Entertainment continues indoors with a billiard table, table football, PlayStation and a selection of board games – plenty of choice for both children and adults. For those who like to stay active and unwind afterwards, Villa Divina also offers a private fitness area and infrared sauna.
The outdoor dining area is made for Mediterranean living. Prepare fresh local ingredients on the traditional charcoal barbecue and enjoy leisurely lunches or relaxed dinners together at the large outdoor table.
The entire 5,000 m² property is fenced, offering a wonderful sense of privacy and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Covered parking is available directly at the villa.
