The villa features four stylish bedrooms, each with a double bed — one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. Guests have access to three bathrooms with showers and an additional guest toilet.
Outside, you’ll find a 32 m² private pool surrounded by a sun terrace with eight sun loungers and three parasols, ideal for long sunny days. There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill and a large dining table, perfect for family meals or evenings with friends. Children can enjoy the playground and outdoor games, while adults unwind in the peaceful surroundings.
The nearest supermarket, restaurants, and bank are located about 2.5 km away, while the nearest beach is approximately 12 km from the property.
The vibrant coastal town of Poreč is just 18 km away, offering charming cobbled streets, a lively marina, and the famous Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It’s a perfect destination for a day trip filled with culture, dining, and seaside strolls.
