The villa has 4 bedrooms. Three of the rooms have double beds, and one room has two single beds. There are also 3 bathrooms in the house. The inside of the villa is modern and comfortable. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all in one open space. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking.
Villa Grace Felice is 150 m² big and stands on a 660 m² plot. The outside is just as nice as the inside. There is a private swimming pool where you can swim and relax in the sun. Around the pool, there are sunbeds and a place to sit. You can enjoy your meals outside at the dining table for 8 people. Next to it, there is a charcoal barbecue for making tasty grilled food.
The garden is quiet and safe, perfect for children to play. You can park your car inside the fenced yard.
Valbandon is a small village near Fažana. Fažana is a beautiful coastal town with beaches, restaurants, and boat trips to Brijuni National Park. The area is great for biking, walking, or just relaxing by the sea. You can also visit Pula, a big city with Roman ruins, just 10 minutes away by car.
