Villa PS Deluxe is a luxurious, fully fenced property located in a peaceful area near Pula, offering beautiful sea views and complete privacy. Pula is a vibrant coastal city known for its Roman heritage, crystal-clear beaches, excellent restaurants, and a wide range of attractions and activities, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and exploration.
The villa offers 471 m² of interior space on a 3,700 m² private plot and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It features 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, one bathroom also includes a bathtub. In addition, there are 3 extra guest WCs throughout the villa. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring comfort year-round.
Outside, guests can enjoy a 60 m² infinity saltwater pool with sea view, 8 sun loungers, 3 sun umbrellas, and a spacious terrace. A balcony with a whirlpool and outdoor shower overlooking the sea creates the perfect setting to relax. The outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill is ideal for al fresco dining.
Pool heating is available on request, at an extra cost, and only outside the high season. Pets are allowed on request and at an additional cost. Youth groups are not permitted.
For wellness and entertainment, the villa offers a sauna, fitness area, table tennis, billiard table, board games, and a PlayStation 5. One bicycle is available for guests.
The villa is located 2.6 km from the beach, 1.8 km from the nearest restaurant, 4 km from a supermarket, and 5 km from the center of Pula.

This lovely villa is located near the historical city of Pula. Pula is historical and well worth seeing, especially the amphitheater in the city.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and offers everything for a relaxing holiday with your family and your dearest friends. Outside you will find a large private pool with sun loungers and a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and an outdoor dining area.
The property is completely fenced and has private parking for up to 4 cars. The closest beach is Pjescana Uvala, one of the most beautiful beaches in Istria. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a living room with dining area and a complete kitchen and two bedrooms with a view of the pool.
On the 1st floor there are two more comfortable bedrooms and a large terrace. Each bedroom has air conditioning, TV and its own bathroom. There is also an additional bathroom, bringing the total number of bathrooms in the villa to 5.
