The villa also offers a wellness area with a sauna, additional WC and shower. The 49 m² heated saltwater pool invites you to swim from spring to autumn and is surrounded by a sunny terrace equipped with 8 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas. For outdoor dining, you can enjoy a fully equipped summer kitchen with a gas grill, perfect for cozy evenings under the Istrian sky.
