Offering 170 m² of living space and accommodation for up to 14 guests, the villa is ideal for larger families and groups of friends looking for space, privacy and relaxed outdoor living.
Pula is known for its fascinating Roman heritage, charming historic centre and beautiful Adriatic coastline. The famous Roman Arena, lively streets, restaurants and nearby beaches make the city well worth exploring during your stay.
The villa features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is divided into two separate apartment-style living areas, each with its own kitchen and living room. This layout is especially convenient for families or friends travelling together, offering both shared moments and individual privacy.
The true highlight is the exceptional outdoor area with its spacious, beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden. There is plenty of room to move, play and enjoy the outdoors, while quiet corners throughout the garden provide inviting places to retreat and relax. Dogs are warmly welcome and will also appreciate the generous outdoor space.
At the heart of the garden is a large 50 m² private pool with a shallow, child-friendly area and the possibility of attaching a water slide. Around the pool, 8 sun loungers and 5 parasols invite you to enjoy long summer days in the sun or shade.
A private sauna adds a touch of wellness, while children can enjoy the outdoor playground. Table tennis and a selection of board games provide entertainment for both younger and older guests.
Another highlight is the spacious outdoor kitchen with a traditional charcoal grill fireplace. A generous covered pergola with traditional Istrian wooden benches and a large dining table creates the perfect atmosphere for barbecues, leisurely dinners and long summer evenings together.
Covered parking is available directly at the property.
