This 140 m² villa sits on a fully fenced 850 m² plot, offering privacy and security. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or friends. Pets are welcome, though an extra charge applies.
Inside, the villa features a stylish and comfortable design. There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The living area is spacious with cozy seating and a flat-screen TV for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all necessary utensils for meal preparation. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together. The villa has 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 guest WC.

Wunderschöne Villa mit moderner hochwertiger Ausstattung. Pool hat eine gute Grösse. Die Poolheizung hat uns bei etwas schlechterem Wetter gerettet. Lage für Ruhe Suchende. Der Zaun bzw.die Mauer ermöglicht es auch einen kleinen Hund ohne Aufsicht inmehr anzeigen

Garten könnte etwas besser gepflegt sein. Bessere Aufklärung bzgl.der Kameras, die auch auf das Grundstück und den Pool gerichtet sind. Trotz Versicherung, dass sie nur in den Wintermonaten eingeschaltet sind, waren sie in den Abend- und Nachtstundenmehr anzeigen
