The villa features 4 elegant bedrooms, 4 modern bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet, offering a perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and high-end designer furnishings in a very quiet location.
The outdoor area is designed for pure relaxation and enjoyment. Guests can unwind by the 40 m² heated swimming pool (pool heating available at an additional cost), surrounded by 8 sun loungers and 6 parasols. A covered outdoor kitchen with a large dining table and charcoal grill creates the perfect setting for al fresco dining and long summer evenings with family and friends.
For complete relaxation, the villa offers a private wellness area including a jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness equipment. Within the wellness space, there are also two heated relaxation loungers for additional comfort. Families with children will appreciate the outdoor playground, indoor PlayStation 5, and a large outdoor chess set for entertainment.
On the first floor, guests can enjoy a spacious balcony equipped with additional loungers, offering a peaceful spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. Pets are not allowed.
The nearest restaurant and supermarket are conveniently located just 1.5 km away, while beautiful beaches can be reached within 9.5 km. Labin is a picturesque historic town known for its charming old town, narrow streets, and rich cultural heritage. In the surrounding area, guests will find numerous activities and attractions, including excellent restaurants, local wineries, beaches, and outdoor adventures.
