Villa Sagri is a beautifully restored traditional Istrian stone house located in Žminj, in the heart of Istria. With 160 m² of living space, this charming property preserves its authentic character while offering comfort for up to 7 guests.
The villa is situated on a fully fenced property, ensuring privacy and security. It features three cozy bedrooms, one of which includes an additional single bed, accommodating a total of 7 guests. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito screens for comfortable summer nights. There are three bathrooms with showers and one separate guest toilet.
Outside, guests can relax by the 24 m² heated swimming pool (pool heating optional and available at an additional cost) or unwind in the jacuzzi. Seven sun loungers and two sun umbrellas are provided for relaxing days under the Istrian sun. A gas grill and outdoor dining table create a wonderful setting for shared meals in the fresh air.
The nearest restaurant and supermarket are just 4 km away, while the beautiful Adriatic beaches are approximately 20 km from the property.
Pets are allowed upon request and subject to an additional charge. Youth groups are on request and require a higher deposit.
