Villa Maja is located in the beautiful town of Svetvincenat, 11km from Morosini Grimani Castle. The villa has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful living room with views and access to the covered terrace, where you also have a dining table for 8 people. In the living room there is a beautiful fireplace, the whole villa is built in a rustic style with a lot of Istrian flair.
The beautiful pool invites you to cozy hours in the sun. The villa is part of a resort where you will find a children's playground and table tennis and other games and sports. The villa also offers a tennis court for your guests also as part of resort. The whole property is closed and has an irrigation system.
Villa Maja has a grill in the garden, where you can enjoy nice barbeque evenings with your friends and family.

Villa MyKoltrina is a beautiful villa for a relaxing family vacation in a quiet location in central Istria. It has a large extravagant pool with 72m2 and has been furnished with great attention to detail. It can accommodate 10 people and has a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom, an open plan living area with dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. From here you can access the garden and the pool. The property is completely fenced and offers complete privacy. In the basement of the villa you will find a table tennis, a children's playroom.
You have also 5 bicycles that you can use to explore the magical surroundings.
On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area and surrounding area where you can enjoy peaceful summer evenings. For added relaxation there is the indoor jacuzzi, outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people next to the pool, sauna and fitness equipment in the basement, while the top floor offers a peaceful retreat with a sofa bed.
On the house there is also a Bose free space open-air audio system, outdoor ice machine and professional table football in the entertainment area.
The charming little village of Butkovici offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Only 14 km away is Svetvincenat, an attractive town with an impressive medieval stone castle and a good range of amenities including a post office and restaurants.
