With 205 m² of living space set on a 520 m² private plot, Villa Oliva comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. The villa features 4 bedrooms – 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor – as well as 4 bathrooms with showers, providing plenty of comfort and privacy for families and groups of friends.
A special highlight of Villa Oliva is its beautiful sea view and inviting outdoor area. The 24 m² private swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on warm summer days, while 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols invite guests to relax and enjoy the Istrian sunshine.
For outdoor dining, the villa offers a covered outdoor kitchen with a traditional charcoal grill, creating the perfect setting for preparing delicious meals and enjoying relaxed lunches or long summer evenings together.
For some extra fun and entertainment, guests can enjoy table tennis and darts at the villa.
The property also provides 4 private parking spaces. The nearest beach is approximately 3 km away, while restaurants and supermarkets can also be found within 3 km of the villa.

Villa Median is a charming getaway located in Gajana, near Fažana, offering the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and features 4 inviting bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds, while the fourth has two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends. With 3 well-equipped bathrooms, and one separate toilet, everyone will have plenty of space and privacy.
This villa is open to young groups, but please note that the deposit is double in such cases. If you're traveling with furry friends, Villa Median is pet-friendly and allows up to 4 pets for an additional fee.
The highlight of the villa is the stunning private 30 m² saltwater pool, perfect for relaxing or cooling off during warm days, as well as beautifull sea view from the villa. Outside, you’ll find a spacious dining area designed for 10 people, complete with a gas barbecue. It's a great spot for enjoying meals together while taking in the peaceful surroundings.
Villa Median also caters to families with kids, offering a children’s playground with a trampoline and additional badminton net to keep little ones entertained, as well as ps4 gaming console. You can also play volleyball if you are fan of team games, For more fun, there are board games and a table tennis set available for guests to enjoy.

Only 200 meters from the house, the owners offer there own olive oil from family olive grove.
