Villa Kurili No14 is situated near the village of Kanfanar, only 13 km from the charming coastal town of Rovinj. Rovinj is famous for its picturesque old town, narrow stone streets, beautiful seaside promenades, excellent restaurants, and rich cultural and historical attractions. Many interesting sights, activities, and excursions can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes by car, making the location both peaceful and very convenient.
The villa offers 160 m² of living space on a 750 m² private plot and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, as well as an additional guest WC.
The outdoor area includes a 32 m² private swimming pool, a whirlpool, six sun loungers, and two sun umbrellas, creating an inviting space for relaxation on sunny days. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor kitchen with an extra refrigerator, an outdoor dining table, and a charcoal grill, perfect for pleasant evenings and outdoor meals.
Pets and youth groups are not allowed.
The nearest beach is 13 km away, a pizzeria is 3 km from the villa, the closest restaurant is 6 km away, and a supermarket can be found 5 km from the property. Casa LaBobina is a warm and welcoming home set in a calm Istrian setting away from crowds, yet well connected to Rovinj, the coast and nearby villages. It is designed for guests who want to feel at home, enjoy comfort and space, and stay somewhere that works just as well for longer, relaxed stays as it does for a classic summer holiday.
The house offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a separate private entrance from the terrace in front of the living area, offering extra flexibility and privacy within the house. There is also space for two extra persons on a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and indoor dining flows easily onto outdoor terraces. On the ground floor you can find an additional bathroom.
A dedicated BBQ terrace makes shared meals outdoors simple and enjoyable. Outside, private outdoor areas are designed for relaxed stays. The saltwater swimming pool is ideal for daily use, with sun loungers and shaded areas around it, while the garden feels open, calm and natural, creating a pleasant outdoor environment. Pool heating is available on request, making the house comfortable beyond the peak summer season.
Comfort throughout the year is ensured with air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating, a fireplace for cooler evenings, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, multiple bathrooms and private parking. This is a home for guests who want to slow down, feel comfortable from day one and experience Istria at their own pace.

The villa offers 287 m² of living space and is set on a private 1,342 m² plot, providing comfort, space, and privacy for up to 8 guests. It features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and one bedroom also includes a stylish open-space bathtub. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, while one bedroom is on the ground floor, which is ideal for guests who prefer easy access.
Outside, guests can enjoy a 40 m² heated saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by eight sun loungers and two sun umbrellas, perfect for relaxing under the sun. The wellness area includes a jacuzzi and a sauna, offering a peaceful place to unwind after a day of exploring Istria. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a dining table and charcoal grill creates the perfect setting for enjoyable evenings and shared meals outdoors.
The villa is equipped with underfloor heating and offers private parking for three cars, one of which is covered. An electric car charging station is also available for guests. Youth groups and pets are not allowed.
