Villa Ancora is a spacious 190 m² holiday home in the peaceful village of Liznjan, offering a pleasant sea view and located just 800 meters from the beach. With space for up to 10 guests, it’s perfect for families and groups, and pets are welcome (additional fee applies). Restaurants and a supermarket are conveniently located only 50 meters from the property.
The villa features 5 comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed—one of them can also be separated into two single beds. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining four are on the upper level. There are 3 modern bathrooms, all equipped with showers.
Outside, guests can enjoy a 28 m² private pool with 10 sun loungers and 5 umbrellas, as well as a charming outdoor kitchen with a grill, perfect for relaxing summer evenings.
Villa Ancora is just a short drive from the lively towns of Medulin, known for its sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife, and Pula, famous for its Roman history, charming streets, and iconic amphitheater—ideal for day trips and cultural experiences. -

Set in a quiet yet central setting with all amenities nearby, Casa Carla is located in the peaceful village of Ližnjan, close to Medulin. Medulin is a popular seaside destination known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant promenade, and wide selection of restaurants and activities.
This 220 m² villa accommodates up to 10 guests and features 5 bedrooms with double beds, 5 bathrooms with showers, and an additional guest toilet. Guests can enjoy a breathtaking sea view and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
Outdoor highlights include a 48 m² heated saltwater pool (heating optional, extra charge), a sun terrace with 8 loungers and 2 umbrellas, and an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill. For entertainment, the villa offers table tennis, board games, and a PlayStation 5.
Casa Carla is also ideal for remote work, offering dedicated desks and high-speed Starlink internet. Additional amenities include underfloor heating, covered parking with an EV charging station for 2 cars, and the villa is pet-friendly (extra charge). Youth groups are not permitted.
