Villa San is the ideal choice for guests who want to enjoy a wonderful family vacation by the sea. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people.
The villa is equipped with a bright and modern living room with a beautiful terrace. The living room is connected to the kitchen, which is fully equipped.
Upstairs there are 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and another living room. The special feature of this villa is the incredible roof terrace with a lounge area from which you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding area. For warm sunny days, Villa San offers you a wonderful outdoor pool. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage attached to the house. For our young guests there is Playstation 4, for our active guests fitness.

Villa San is located in Liznjan, a picturesque old fishing town with a 28 km long coastline. It is only 2 km away from the beach and close to Medulin. The place has a long history - here you will find more than 26 archaeological sites, as well as the remains of Roman villas, fragments of amphorae, old lighthouses and sunken ships that still lie on the seabed. The center of entertainment for sports and adventure enthusiasts is also easily accessible. In Liznjan and the surrounding area there is a variety of summer and water sports activities, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing available, as well as horseback riding and hunting.

Das neuwertige Haus begeistert mit entsprechendem Standard. Die Zimmer haben alle ein Badezimmer, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum und von der Dachterasse hat man einen super Blick aufs Meer. Der Pool ist nicht einsehbar und vollkommen ausreichend. Die Eigene Garage ist ein echter Vorteil, da der Wagen auch im Sommer kühl bleibt. Es waren 2 sehr schöne Wochen und ein gelungener Urlaub

Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas schmal, große Autos haben etwas zu kämpfen. Nach ein paar Mal weiß man aber wie es geht!

La villa est bien avec une bonne piscine assez grande et avec une belle terrasse mais l’intérieur paraît assez vide. La villa d’extérieur moderne et chère n’est à l’intérieur pas très chère et avec du mobilier venant d’Ikea, décevant d’une villa à 30vedi di più

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeberin. Im Dorf ist es sehr ruhig, in 5 min. ist man aber mit dem Auto am Strand oder zum Einkaufen in Medulin. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bavedi di più
Ein sehr schönes Haus mit sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeberin. Im Dorf ist es sehr ruhig, in 5 min. ist man aber mit dem Auto am Strand oder zum Einkaufen in Medulin. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und das Auto stand nachts sicher in der Garage. Alles sehr schön und modern. Auch der Garten mit dem Pool ist schön gestaltet worden.
Ein kleiner Tipp: wollen Sie dort Olivenöl kaufen, fragen Sie die Gastgeberin Andrea, ihr Vater stellt es selbst her und es ist sehr lecker ! Vielen Dank noch einmal an Andrea ! |

Negativ ist mir nichts aufgefallen, wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, so dass wir den Pool kaum benutzt haben, aber dafür kann die Gastgeberin ja nichts.

Close to visit Pula, Rovinj, Medulin.

Beautiful and comfortable roof terrace, a large gas barbecue, mosquito screens everywhere, as well as air conditioning and a lockable garage leave nothing to be desired. The landlady Andrea received us personally and very warmly, even the fridge was already filled for us.

Villa Markulin can accommodate up to 6+2 people divided into 3 beautiful bedrooms with double beds. You can also have fun here with additional activities.
