Villa Aurelia is a spacious and comfortable villa located near Labin, a charming historic town in Istria. In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy many attractions and activities, including nature, culture, and outdoor experiences. Labin is known for its beautiful old town, cafés, and lovely views of the surrounding countryside and the sea, and it is only a short drive away.
The villa offers 305 m² of living space on a private 1,700 m² plot and can accommodate up to 9 guests. It has four bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one of the bedrooms also includes an extra bed. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor, making the layout ideal for families or groups. There are four bathrooms in the villa, including two bathrooms with a shower and bidet and two bathrooms with a bathtub, shower and bidet. In addition, the villa has one guest WC inside the house and one outdoor WC.
A fifth bathroom is located in the wellness area, where guests can relax in the jacuzzi or enjoy the sauna. Outside, guests can enjoy a large 60 m² swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional fee. The terrace is equipped with 9 sun loungers and 3 sun umbrellas, offering plenty of space to relax. There is also an outdoor kitchen and dining area with a charcoal grill, perfect for enjoying meals together.
For entertainment and fun, the villa offers board games, a PlayStation 4, table tennis, a billiard table, table football and a children’s playground. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and provides covered parking for up to four cars.
Pets are not allowed.
The nearest beach is about 11 km away, while a restaurant and a supermarket can both be reached within 2 km.
