If you are looking for a relaxing family vacation, Casa Menta is the perfect choice. This charming villa is located in the village of Marcana, near the historic city of Pula. Casa Menta can accommodate 6 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of the bathrooms has a bathtub with massage jets. You can also enjoy the romantic aroma garden, which promises you many happy hours. You can expect absolute peace and relaxation. The pool also invites you to refresh yourself and splash. There is also an open playground for children nearby.

The lovingly restored house offers everything that makes a family vacation perfect: The appartment is spreading over two floors, including comfortable bedrooms and a large living room. There are three bathrooms, one of them including a bathtub with massage jets. Additionally, on the first floor you find a gym even offering two saunas.
For the children, the highlight was the large outdoor pool, which is in really perfect condition. The entire interior is of a very high quality and stylish design and shows great attention to detail. The playground and sports field directly opposite is also ideal for children - we visited it each day. There are all the shops you need for your daily needs just around the corner. The landlord, Marli, is a warm-hearted person who suprised us by serving lunch and delicious sweets from time to time. She always knew the right tips for excursions and activities. An additional attraction for our two children were the cats and their babies, who for them were a constant source of joy. Also Marli provided bycicles for our boys what the enjoyed very much. After all, given the level of perfection, the price is a bargain and Casa Menta can be recommended as a top address for all Kraotia vacationers. |

The beaches were minimum 20 minutes away (the Booking.com description said 10 minutes away). There were a lot of house rules and too many things to read and sign. The expectation to “clean” so much before leaving was also far too high for the overall price we paid in our opinion.

It was an absolute pleasure having you as our hosts and we are grateful for getting to know you. Your level of professionalism and service as hosts were at the highest standard. As I told you, this was the perfect stay for us. The level of privacy and relaxed atmosphere made us feel like we had our own oasis in the small and cozy village. At the same time, we had cities and beeches close enough so we could have small get aways and explore the region with our rental car. The house itself was well equipped with several restrooms and AC in all room. This made the level of comfort very high. We would especially like to thank you for making the fold out bed in the living room for our injured son, without extra costs. This was the perfect solution to make the holiday work for all of us. The garden was like a secret haven. Peaceful and private with wonderful scents of herbs and tasteful landscaping and lighting. The pool area was nothing but perfect. We enjoyed the big dining table and sunbeds both in the day and afternoons. The outdoor kitchenette with a restroom, shower and roof top terrace was both practical and charming. The pool - refreshing, clean and soothing. Your conscious approach to sustainability and environment was also important for us, travelling across Europe for our holyday. We feel that travelling is important to experience cultures and broaden our horizons but are aware of the climate impact we produce. Awareness to this is important factors for us when we decide where to stay. We would also like to thank you for all the tips and insight you gave us for exploring the region. Our trips to Motovun and Rovinj was both memorable and beautiful. And the beaches off the tourist track as well – we certainly would not find this on our own. |

I thought Luka was your husband (host) and didn’t realize he was from Visit Istria until later. That said, I got all the help I needed to complete the booking.. I just wanted to state this so you can work on streamlining the communication to future costumers and not confusing them with several points of contact. I hope this feedback is helpful.

Villa Maas is a beautiful home located in Radeki Polje, near Loborika. This spacious villa can host up to 10 guests, offering comfort and privacy. It has 4 cozy bedrooms and an extra sofa bed for 2 people. There are also 4 modern bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space.
The villa has both indoor and outdoor dining areas, each with space for 10 people. Outside, you will find a 32 m² salt-water pool, perfect for sunny days. Next to the pool is a charcoal barbecue, ideal for cooking and enjoying meals together.
The house is fully fenced, ensuring safety and privacy, and has parking for 4 cars. Pets are welcome here for an extra cost, making it a great choice for the whole family, including furry friends.
