Ein super schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus war genau wie auf den Fotos.

Wir hatten drei Parkplätze vor dem Haus, was wir auch gebraucht haben. Das war wirklich super. Die Nachbarn waren alle sehr freundlich, wenn wir uns auch sofort herzlich begrüßt.

Das Haus selbst scheint einige technische Probleme zu haben. Wir hatten mehrfach Stromausfall und die Fußbodenheizung war defekt. An zwei Tagen waren dann auch Handwerker im Haus und auf dem Grundstück. Was an sich ja gut ist, da direkt reagiert wurdvedi di più

An zwei Tagen waren dann auch Handwerker im Haus und auf dem Grundstück. Was an sich ja gut ist, da direkt reagiert wurde, aber die Urlaubsruhe dennoch irgendwie stört. Nachdem am Donnerstag ein starker Regen für den nächsten Stromausfall und einen weiteren Besuch eines Handwerkers nach sich zog, entschieden wir uns einen Tag früher als geplant abzureisen. Schade, denn an sich ist es ein tolles Haus. Leider auch gut 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hafen gelegen.

The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, with a nice pool and comfortable sun loungers. The location was also ideal, close to shops and restaurants, but still quiet and secluded. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay a memorable one. We would definitely recommend the Villa in Croatia!

The view alone is breathtaking - a panoramic view of the sparkling sea which thrilled me every morning again. The Villa itself is tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts you could wish for. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. There are many cozy corners to relax, both inside and outside. The pool area is a highlight of the villa. The infinity pool is big enough for swimming and has an incredible view of the sea. The surrounding sun loungers and shade areas are perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The landlords were extremely friendly and accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect. Overall, our stay at the villa with sea view was unforgettable and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing place with stunning sea views.

Also plan a tour through the historic old town of Pula with the famous Arena, the Golden Gate and the many small streets. You can taste local specialties in the many different restaurants and taverns or get them directly from the weekly market and then prepare them in the villa. A day trip to Brijuni National Park with the famous Safari Park is also recommended, which you can reach by boat from Pula.3 commenti -
Villa Laura is a delightful holiday villa in Medulin. It is only 1.3km from the beach but also has a private pool with sun loungers.
This villa has been built and approved on an ecological principle. It has different types of energy supply.
There is even an apiary on the property in the corner, run by the owner himself. The owner is an experienced beekeeper. The bees don't come near the villa as they have their own pool and ecosystem. Most of the guests are very impressed and happy to buy honey directly from the owner. We also accept 2 dogs with an additional charge.
The Villa Laura is very bright and friendly. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and even offers 2 living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. Each living room has a sofa bed with a TV. On the first floor there is a very nice terrace with a view of the surroundings. There is also a charcoal grill at your disposal where you can prepare a delicious meal and serve it at the outdoor dining table. In the outdoor area there is a second full equipped kitchen. You will surely remember the evening get-together in the garden and you will want to return to Villa Laura.
Ideal location for those who want to relax but at the same time enjoy the beach, sightseeing and practicing various sports. We definitely recommend you to explore the small town that hides many sights. At the end of the city promenade is the Malin, a windmill built 140 years ago and now a landmark of Medulin. Walking along the waterfront, you will see many tourist boats offering day trips, panoramic trips and tours to Cape Kamenjak. If you are a fan of boat trips, you should take a day and do a boat tour. A boat trip to the island of Brijuni and sightseeing will delight both young and old :)
