The beautiful Villa Bosco is only 300 meter away from the beaches of the city of Medulin and at the same time surrounded by untouched nature it is a real paradise. This charming stone villa with an attractive private pool guarantees a dream holiday and a wonderful sea view. The delightful pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and olive trees, will quickly become the whole family's favorite spot on hot summer days.
The elegant terrace features a covered lounge, perfect for morning coffee or a thrilling book, and an alfresco dining area with a charcoal grill. Gather your loved ones around the large dining table and show off your cooking skills in the open air. Villa Bosco is tastefully decorated, with modern furniture and attention to detail. The airy, spacious ground floor is dominated by an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Two stylishly furnished double bedrooms, a separate toilet and bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, both with double beds, each with private bathroom and access to the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
The town of Medulin is known for numerous rocky, pebbly and sandy beaches and charming narrow streets. Enjoy the first cup of coffee in one of the numerous bars and restaurants or taste well-known Istrian dishes.

Das Haus wurde nicht zum gewünschten Check in Termin übergeben und dann im Schnellverfahren gereinigt. Nach Telefonkontakt mit der Dame von der Schlüsselübergabe wurde nach meiner Beschwerde einfach aufgelegt. Die Übergabe und Abnahme wurde durch denvedi di più
Das Haus wurde nicht zum gewünschten Check in Termin übergeben und dann im Schnellverfahren gereinigt. Nach Telefonkontakt mit der Dame von der Schlüsselübergabe wurde nach meiner Beschwerde einfach aufgelegt. Die Übergabe und Abnahme wurde durch den Sohn durchgeführt! Der Außenbereich war nicht gepflegt (das Unkraut wuchs bei der Poolanlage und im Garten). Das WC hat gerochen und die Fugen in den Badezimmern waren teilweise schwarz. Weiters gab es keinen Staubsauger und Besen zur Beseitigung von Schmutz. WC Papier war auch Mangelware!

Zunächst möchten wir uns dafür entschuldigen, dass der Check-in erst gegen 16:30 Uhr und somit rund 30 Minuten später als vorgesehen erfolgen konnte. Bezüglich des Toilettenpapiers möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass drei Rollen pro WC der üblichen Erstausstattung bei Ferienvillen entsprechen. Weitere Verbrauchsartikel sind während des Aufenthalts grundsätzlich vom Gast selbst zu besorgen. Der Eigentümer bedauert sehr, dass Ihnen der Aufenthalt nicht vollständig zugesagt hat, insbesondere da während Ihres Aufenthalts sowie beim Check-out keine weiteren Mängel angesprochen wurden. Laut seiner Rückmeldung hätte er Ihnen fehlende Gegenstände wie Besen oder Staubsauger selbstverständlich umgehend gebracht, wenn Sie ihn darauf hingewiesen hätten. Auch die Hinweise zur Sauberkeit und zum Außenbereich haben wir mit dem Eigentümer besprochen. Wir bedauern, dass der Aufenthalt nicht vollständig Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat, und bedanken uns für Ihre Rückmeldung. |

The beautiful Villa Mila with a private pool is located in Medulin, near the popular Istrian town of Pula. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. It is only 300 meters from the beach and is a dream for a relaxing family holiday in Istria!
On the ground floor of the villa you will find a spacious, comfortable living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living room opens onto the large terrace with pool and sun loungers. On this floor there are also two bedrooms with air conditioning, double bed and TV and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor of the villa are the other two bedrooms with air conditioning, double bed and TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms on this floor have access to a balcony where you can relax in the evenings and enjoy a cool drink. Pets are not allowed.
The beautiful outdoor pool invites you to swim and relax. Enjoy delicious family meals in the covered outdoor dining area and use the charcoal grill that is at your disposal. If you are a larger group, you will be happy to know that the beautiful Villa Mila is located right next to Villa Bosco and can be booked together as long as the period is available.

Welcome to Villa Chillax, a modern 320 m² holiday home in Medulin, one of Istria’s most popular coastal towns known for its sandy beaches, lively waterfront, and family-friendly atmosphere. Medulin offers a perfect blend of seaside fun and relaxation, making it an ideal destination for groups and families.
Set on a fully fenced 740 m² property, the villa offers beautiful sea views and welcomes groups and pets (pets incur an additional fee). Villa Chillax features 5 bedrooms for 10 persons, each with its own private bathroom, plus an additional guest toilet for convenience.
Outside, you can relax in the 47 m² private pool with 7 sun loungers and 3 parasols, or unwind in the jacuzzi. The outdoor area also includes a summer kitchen with a gas grill, perfect for grilling and dining al fresco.
