If you are looking for a peaceful area in a convenient location near the historical centre of Rovinj, this charming villa is the perfect choice for you!
The villa consists of five comfortably furnished bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom (en suite). Each bedroom has a unique style. The villa is very welcoming, decorated with furniture, paintings, carpets, and other artifacts from different countries, reflecting the owners' lifestyle with a lot of travelling. It is fully air-conditioned, has a sauna, and a large, fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, you will find a large swimming pool (12x5.5 m) and a big private parking lot. The villa has a living area of 300 m². The large, covered terrace has an outdoor dining area and a comfortable sofa group in the shadow. The garden covers over 4000 m² of land and provides plenty of space for tanning around the pool.
For golf enthusiasts, there is a six-hole putting green, where you can enjoy relaxing afternoons with family and friends. The property also features a golf cage. Golf clubs are available in the house.
