Villa Almare is a beautiful holiday home located in the peaceful village of Peroj, close to the charming coastal town of Fažana. With its lovely sea views, comfortable accommodation, and excellent location near the beach, this villa is a wonderful choice for a relaxing holiday in Istria. The property offers 140 m² of living space on a 620 m² plot and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The villa is thoughtfully divided into two separate apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, making it especially convenient for larger families or families travelling together. Each floor features its own living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. An additional sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping space. This practical layout allows guests to enjoy time together while also having their own privacy and comfort.
The outdoor area is perfect for spending long summer days in the fresh air. Guests can cool off in the private 15 m² swimming pool, relax on one of the 8 sun loungers, or enjoy the shade of 3 parasols. A covered outdoor dining area with an outdoor kitchen and a charcoal barbecue fireplace provides the perfect setting for preparing delicious meals and enjoying relaxed evenings together. The beautiful sea view adds a special touch to the peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere. Private parking for up to 3 cars is also available directly at the property.
Villa Almare also offers plenty of entertainment for guests of all ages. Board games, a PlayStation 4, darts, and table tennis provide fun activities, while younger guests can enjoy the children's playground. Whether spending time by the pool or enjoying games together, there is something for everyone.
The nearest beach is just 900 metres away, making it easy to enjoy swimming and relaxing by the Adriatic Sea. A restaurant and supermarket are conveniently located only 800 metres from the property. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for sightseeing, outdoor activities, boat excursions, and discovering excellent local restaurants. The nearby town of Fažana is particularly known for its picturesque waterfront, charming restaurants, and boat trips to the beautiful Brijuni National Park.
