The property is set on a 500 m² fully fenced plot, providing privacy and a relaxed setting for your holiday. At the heart of the outdoor area is a 24 m² private pool with 7 sun loungers, perfect for enjoying warm Istrian days.
One of Villa Mimoza’s greatest advantages is its convenient location. The beach is only around 800 metres away, while a restaurant and supermarket are just 50 metres from the villa – ideal for everyday shopping, dining out or picking up fresh ingredients for a barbecue.
The garden offers a welcoming space for spending time together outdoors. A traditional fireplace is available for charcoal barbecues, while the outdoor dining table is perfect for leisurely breakfasts, family dinners and warm summer evenings. Table tennis provides additional entertainment for guests of all ages.
Pets are welcome at Villa Mimoza for an additional fee, and the fully fenced property makes travelling with your four-legged companion especially convenient.
The villa is also close to Fažana, a picturesque seaside town known for its colourful waterfront, restaurants and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
