Villa Weiße Feder is a beautifully renovated stone house offering 165 m² of living space, located in the quiet village of Peroj and providing the perfect balance between relaxation and nearby attractions. The villa features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is ideal for couples or families seeking a peaceful stay (youth groups are not allowed).
From the second floor, guests can enjoy a charming sea view, while the outdoor area invites you to enjoy a lovely barbecue evening on the terrace with a dining table and charcoal grill.
The heated saltwater pool (14 m²) is perfect for refreshing swims. Pool heating is optional and charged extra. Next to the pool, there are two sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.
Inside the house, two air-conditioning units ensure comfort throughout your stay, and board games are available for fun evenings. Pets are welcome for a small additional fee.
The location is very convenient. The beach is only 1.2 km away, a restaurant is 140 m away, and a supermarket just 90 m away, making everything easily reachable on foot. The surrounding area offers many attractions and activities for all interests.
Fažana, just a short drive away, is a charming coastal town known for its seaside promenade, local restaurants, and boat connections. From here, you can visit the Brijuni Islands National Park, a unique archipelago famous for its natural beauty, wildlife, and historical landmarks.
