Welcome to Villa Golfista, a beautifully designed holiday home located in Pješčana Uvala, one of the most desirable areas of Pula, where everything is within easy walking distance. This charming seaside location offers a relaxed atmosphere with crystal-clear waters, excellent restaurants, and a peaceful environment, while the historic city of Pula, known for its Roman architecture, vibrant culture, and numerous activities, is just a short drive away.
The villa offers 300 m² of living space on a fully fenced 750 m² private property and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. It features 4 spacious bedrooms with double beds, two of which include an additional single bed, as well as four modern bathrooms, including one with a bathtub. In the villa there is also an additional guest toilet. Pets are welcome, and the fully fenced property ensures privacy, comfort, and security throughout your stay.
The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle, with a private 24 m² swimming pool surrounded by eight 8 loungers, a balcony with a whirlpool and beautiful sea views, and plenty of space to relax. Guests can enjoy mini golf, table tennis, and board games, while the gas barbecue and large outdoor dining table for 10 people create the perfect setting for shared meals and long summer evenings.
The location is one of the villa’s biggest highlights, as the beach is only 200 meters away and both a restaurant and a supermarket are just 150 meters from the property, allowing guests to enjoy a completely stress-free holiday without the need for a car.

Eigentlich ein super Haus baulich ist es gut bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen. Super Lage alles schnell zum erreichen Supermarkt Strand usw.

Pool ist in einem super Zustand gewesen für Kinder super. Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten auf den Terassen in sehr guten Zustand und Hochwertig. Küchen Ausstattung alles was man braucht genug Platz großer Kühlschrank und gefrier Schrank. Anfrage auf Babybett wurde super umgesetzt und war bei Anreise vorhanden. |

Terassen Türe im Haus schief eingebaut bei Wind und Regen geht die Tür auf. Ein Paar der elektronischen Jalousien teilweise defekt gehen nicht auf oder zu. Kaffeemaschine die Kanne kaputt wurde ganze Woche nicht ausgetauscht. Bei eintreffen in das Haus auf dem Parkplatz alles voll mit leere Glasflaschen(ca.50 Stück) der vorigen Urlauber ganze Woche wurden sie nicht weg geräumt ob wohl von Besitzer gesagt wurde wird am Anreise Tag bei Putzen noch entfernt. Werden wir im Haus beim Pool waren wurden mit einem Angeblichen Biologischen Ameisen vernichtet gesprüht obwohl Kinder anwesend waren. Holzweg rund ums Haus wird teilweise sehr warm und ist an manchen Stellen locker. In der Beschreibung steht Haus für 10 Personen eigentlich für 8 Personen mit zwei kleinen Sofas zu ausbreiten. Wäre kein Problem aber wenn man für 10 Leute inklusive Kinder und ein Baby unter 1 Reserviert wäre super wenn alle Betten hergerichtet sind und ich nicht noch Betten selber machen muss. Gut wäre auch wenn im Haus bei 2 Stöcke vielleicht mehrere Besen zu Verfügung wären als ein kleiner Besen.
