Villa Vesna is a spacious and well-equipped holiday home for up to six guests, situated in a calm and pleasant area near the city of Pula. With 134 m² of interior living space and a private 400 m² fenced property, the villa offers comfort, privacy, and plenty of room for relaxation and activities.
Pula is one of the most attractive destinations in Istria, known for its impressive Roman Amphitheater, historic old town, and rich cultural heritage. The city combines history, modern lifestyle, beautiful beaches, and excellent gastronomy, making it a perfect place for an unforgettable holiday. From Pula, guests can easily explore the entire Istrian peninsula, charming coastal towns, nature parks, and traditional villages.
Villa Vesna features three comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and one additional guest toilet. The interior is tastefully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room for relaxing moments together.
The outdoor area is ideal for enjoying sunny days and quality time with family and friends. A private 32 m² swimming pool invites guests to cool off and relax. Eight sun loungers and three sun umbrellas are available for sunbathing and resting by the pool. There is also a charcoal BBQ available.
For entertainment and active holidays, the villa offers a private playground, a trampoline, darts, and table football. Five bicycles are provided at the house and are included in the price, allowing guests to explore the surroundings in an active and eco-friendly way.
Pets are welcome at the villa and are charged additionally. Groups are allowed, with a double security deposit required. The property provides private parking for two cars and includes an electric vehicle charging station.
