Located in Kastelir, just a short drive from Porec, the villa is perfectly positioned to explore nearby attractions, beaches, restaurants, and more. Porec is a lively coastal town famous for its historic old town, beautiful promenade, and a wide selection of beaches, restaurants, and activities for all ages.
The villa boasts breathtaking views of the sea, adding an extra layer of serenity to your stay.
With 5 spacious bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, and 5 modern bathrooms, comfort is guaranteed. Relax by the 36 m² pool or unwind on the terrace, which offers 8 sunbeds and 3 umbrellas for your enjoyment. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a charcoal grill and dining table, provides the perfect setting for alfresco meals with family and friends.
Inside, the villa features an indulgent indoor jacuzzi, and with underfloor heating, it’s perfect for year-round stays. For indoor entertainment, there’s a billiards table, a PlayStation 4, and a variety of board games to keep everyone entertained. For outdoor fun, the villa also offers goals for mini football, a children’s playground, table tennis and a badminton net, ideal for some active relaxation in the fresh air.
A covered parking area is available on the property for your convenience. Please note that youth groups and pets are not permitted.
The beach is just 8 km away, and both the nearest restaurant and supermarket are only 500 meters from the villa.
