This lovely villa is located near the historical city of Pula. Pula is historical and well worth seeing, especially the amphitheater in the city.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and offers everything for a relaxing holiday with your family and your dearest friends. Outside you will find a large private pool with sun loungers and a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and an outdoor dining area.
The property is completely fenced and has private parking for up to 4 cars. The closest beach is Pjescana Uvala, one of the most beautiful beaches in Istria. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a living room with dining area and a complete kitchen and two bedrooms with a view of the pool.
On the 1st floor there are two more comfortable bedrooms and a large terrace. Each bedroom has air conditioning, TV and its own bathroom. There is also an additional bathroom, bringing the total number of bathrooms in the villa to 5.
Here you can escape from everyday life and simply let yourself go and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum und das Wetter war super. Es gab viel zu sehen und entdecken. Die Restaurants waren auch alle sehr gut 👍 und freundliches Personal.

Atif und seine Frau sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Unser Familienurlaub zu siebt war mit einem pflegebedürftigen Großelternteil und verschiedenen An-und Abreisetagen logistisch eine Herausforderung. Aber Dank unserer lieben Gastgebervedi di più

Unser Familienurlaub zu siebt war mit einem pflegebedürftigen Großelternteil und verschiedenen An-und Abreisetagen logistisch eine Herausforderung. Aber Dank unserer lieben Gastgeber hat alles geklappt. Das Haus war ein Traum, sauber und super ausgestattet, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, was für ein Luxus. Der Pool war ideal für alt und jung. Vielen herzlichen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Großer Pool und die Außenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett haben fast jeden Tag frisches Obst oder Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten gebracht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Haus buchvedi di più

Location a bit to far away from Beach and restaurants. The hosts were helpfull and generous with fresh fruit and vegetables from their own garden. The outdoor grill was a Big plus.

Villa Zen is located in Vintijan, a small village next to the city of Pula & Medulin and very close to Pjescana Uvala. It is only 1300 m from the sea and is a luxurious villa that leaves little to be desired. The villa has a modern design yet has been fully furnished. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and a Finnish sauna with gym and built-in shower. The bedrooms all have a double bed, TV and air conditioning and are located on the upper floor. Three of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms for added convenience. The outdoor area impresses with a beautiful pool and numerous sun loungers. There is enough space to relax for the whole family. There is also a hot tub for that extra luxury feel, allowing you to make regular money on your vacation. In the garden you will also find a covered outdoor dining area, as well as a small "summer kitchen" with a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for friends and family. Villa Zen is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed. It is just a stone's throw from Pjescana Uvala, a small town near Pula, surrounded by the green Mediterranean. Pjescana uvala is known for its rich gastronomic offer and here you will find bars, shops, restaurants and a harbor. Further south is Medulin, a small town known for its diverse range of sporting activities and beautiful sandy beaches. Brijuni National Park is also nearby and is ideal for a day trip with the whole family.
