Villa Infinity is a modern holiday home situated in a very quiet and peaceful location near Pula, offering complete privacy while still being only a short drive from the vibrant city center. Pula is one of the most beautiful towns in Istria, well known for its impressive Roman amphitheatre, charming old town, excellent restaurants, beach bars, and crystal-clear sea, combining cultural heritage with a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle.
The villa offers 250 m² of elegant living space on a spacious private property of 1,800 m² and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. It features 4 stylish bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for all guests.
In addition, there is another bathroom with a private sauna, creating a perfect wellness area for relaxation. Underfloor heating throughout the entire house guarantees a pleasant stay at any time of the year.
The beautifully designed outdoor area invites you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The impressive 68 m² infinity pool blends harmoniously with the surroundings and provides a stunning setting for relaxation. 8 comfortable sun loungers and 2 parasols are available for guests to unwind by the pool. The outdoor space also includes a charcoal barbecue with a small outdoor kitchen and a dining table, ideal for long evenings and shared meals with family and friends. A private children’s playground makes the villa especially suitable for families.
Despite its tranquil setting, the villa is well connected. The beach is only 10 km away, while a supermarket and a restaurant can be reached within 4 km. Numerous activities such as cycling, boat trips, swimming, sightseeing, and wine tasting are available in the surrounding region.
