The beautiful villa Andrija is the perfect holiday home for families with children who would like to have a beautiful garden with a large pool and also be right by the sea. The villa is simply a family dream with outdoor TV for nice movie nights with family and friends. For our young guests there is a children's playground in the garden and various games in the house. There is also a table tennis outside in the garden. The pool can be heated on request for a fee of EUR 20 per day.
The villa is distributed over 3 floors. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the 1st floor there are 3 large, beautiful bedrooms, all of which have an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet. On the 2nd floor there is another large bedroom with a small bedroom next door and a balcony. Also here is a bathroom with shower and bath and a toilet.
On the ground floor you also have a bathroom with shower and toilet to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We have also provided a baby bath for our little guests.

Fazana offers magnificent Adriatic beaches, charming nature, cultural heritage and local events, especially during the summer months: Skola soljenje sardele (The school of sardine salting), More na stolu (The sea on the table), Ca ribari znaju (What the fishermen can do) , Festa od sardela (the sardine festival)... It is also a perfect starting point for numerous excursions. From Fazana you have the opportunity to take a boat and visit the Brioni Islands, the fabulous national park. On the Brioni Islands you can enjoy the beautiful nature, but also play golf. Fažana is only 10 km away from Pula, a city rich in cultural heritage known for its Roman amphitheater.

The stunning modern Villa A is located in Fazana, just 100 meters from the beach and has an impressive infinity pool overlooking the sea. The interior features a clean, modern design and a very warm style that gives you a feeling of paradise.
With a total living space of 360 m2, it can accommodate up to 8+2 people and is perfect for families or groups of friends. It has 5 luxury bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Four of these have a double bed and one has two single beds that can be connected if necessary. On the ground floor you will be enchanted by a modern, bright open living room with a modern, spacious fireplace and a view of the pool and garden.
The kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In the villa there is a gym and sauna.

In Fažana you will find all the necessary facilities such as shops, cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and everything is within walking distance. Opposite the house is the famous Istrian restaurant Alla Beccaccia with a Michelin recommendation, offering delicious traditional dishes. Fažana is a small, romantic and quiet place not far from Pula. There are beautiful pebble and sandy beaches along the coast, ideal for families with children. From the harbor a boat departs to Istria's only national park, Brijuni National Park - a group of islands and islets rich in flora and fauna. Here you can enjoy nature, ride bikes, play golf, hike and visit numerous museums and archaeological sites, and perhaps the most interesting attraction is the safari park with animals.1 review -
Villa Luka is the ideal place for a family vacation. Aside from being beautifully built and decorated, the location is just perfect. A car is not necessary as a short walk leads directly to the sea and the center of Fazana. In the center of Fazana there is a long pebble beach, a few shops and many good local fish restaurants. Briuni National Park is just a 10-minute ferry ride away.
The villa is located in a large, beautifully landscaped garden with an irrigation system. There are also two covered parking spaces in front of the house.
The beautiful swimming pool in the garden invites you to spend pleasant hours in the sun. You can also grill and prepare delicious meals outdoors. The dining table for 8 people has a beautiful view of the pool and promises pleasant evenings with family and friends.
