The outdoor area is designed for enjoyment and relaxation. Guests can unwind in the 55 m² private swimming pool, surrounded by 8 sun loungers and 2 sun umbrellas. The outdoor kitchen with gas grill and spacious dining table is ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together in the fresh air.
For complete relaxation, the wellness area includes a jacuzzi, sauna, shower, WC, and a fitness bike. For entertainment and activities, guests can enjoy board games, table football, and 4 bicycles provided at the property.
Please note that pets and youth groups are not permitted.
The nearest restaurant and supermarket are only 500 meters away, while the beach can be reached within 15 km. Poreč, located just 20 km from the villa, is one of Istria’s most popular coastal towns.
