The large upper terrace offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the Adriatic.
Inside, the villa impresses with large windows and a bright, double-height living and dining area. With approximately 250 m² of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four spacious air-conditioned double bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, while the other two share a third bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix, foosball table, games and a small fitness area provide everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Wi-Fi, a baby cot and private parking for up to four cars are also available.
The fully enclosed property provides a protected outdoor space, offering an added sense of security and privacy. Children can enjoy the spacious garden, while dogs also benefit from the secure, fully enclosed grounds. Pets are very welcome and stay at no extra charge.

Villa Laura is located in the quiet village of Krnica, perfect for a peaceful holiday. It can accommodate up to 8 people, with 3 cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. House also has 3 bathrooms. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room for two more guests.
The house is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends (up to 2 pets) for a extra cost.
Outside, you will find a private swimming pool where you can cool down and relax. For families with children, there is a small playground to keep the little ones entertained. Sun lovers can enjoy the separate lounge area to soak up the sun in peace.
