Medulin is known for its sandy beaches, lively promenade, and charming local restaurants, making it a perfect destination for both relaxation and entertainment.
This 244 m² villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms with double beds (210 x 200 cm), 4 bathrooms with showers, and an additional guest toilet. The villa is designed for ultimate comfort, offering a stunning sea view from almost every room. All furniture throughout the house has been custom-made by a carpenter and individually crafted to perfectly fit each space.
Guests can restore and recharge in the private sauna, complete with an extra WC and shower, before relaxing in the balcony Jacuzzi overlooking the sea.
The villa features a fully enclosed “konoba”, a traditional space that is part of the house. It includes a gas grill, a dining table, extra fridge and a TV, making it perfect for social meals or evening gatherings regardless of the weather.
The villa also offers a 51 m² heated saltwater pool (pool heating optional, extra charge) and a sun terrace with 8 loungers.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy board games and a PlayStation 4.
The property also offers underfloor heating, parking for four cars with an electric charging station, and mosquito nets throughout the house.
Pets are not allowed, and youth groups are not permitted.
Nearby, guests will find the beach at 1.9 km, a restaurant 500 m away, a supermarket at 300 m, and a tennis center with four clay courts within walking distance, only 900 m from the villa.
