This stunning Villa OL and JU is located near the ancient city of Pula. It offers a lot of comfort, and the location is ideal for beach, city, events and culture.
The ground floor of this modern villa consists of a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate bathroom. The other two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor.
Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 3 single beds. In the living room there is also a sofa bed for 2 people.
Next to the villa is a smaller house with a pool table and covered outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen equipped with a gas hob, sink and cupboards. It is the ideal place to enjoy warm summer nights and cook your favorite dishes. In the outsite area there is of course the refreshing private pool with sun loungers, which invites you to relax under the warm Istrian sun. The pool is heated and is included in the total price. For the active ones there is also a table tennis. The villa is only 2.8 km away from the nearest beach.
Pula is a 3000 year old city with a rich cultural and historical heritage that offers a wide range of shopping, bars, restaurants, cafes and sports activities. Probably the most famous monument in Pula is the Roman amphitheater, also called simply Arena by the locals, where gladiator fights and fights took place during Roman times. Villa Zen is located in Vintijan, a small village next to the city of Pula & Medulin and very close to Pjescana Uvala. It is only 1300 m from the sea and is a luxurious villa that leaves little to be desired. The villa has a modern design yet has been fully furnished. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and a Finnish sauna with gym and built-in shower. The bedrooms all have a double bed, TV and air conditioning and are located on the upper floor. Three of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms for added convenience. The outdoor area impresses with a beautiful pool and numerous sun loungers. There is enough space to relax for the whole family. There is also a hot tub for that extra luxury feel, allowing you to make regular money on your vacation. In the garden you will also find a covered outdoor dining area, as well as a small "summer kitchen" with a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for friends and family. Villa Zen is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed. It is just a stone's throw from Pjescana Uvala, a small town near Pula, surrounded by the green Mediterranean. Pjescana uvala is known for its rich gastronomic offer and here you will find bars, shops, restaurants and a harbor. Further south is Medulin, a small town known for its diverse range of sporting activities and beautiful sandy beaches. Brijuni National Park is also nearby and is ideal for a day trip with the whole family.
