Villa LunIstra is a lovely holiday home in the small village of Šivati, in central Istria. It is a great place for families or a group of friends. The villa can welcome up to 10 guests – it has 4 bedrooms with double beds and one double sofa bed in the living room. There are also 4 modern bathrooms, so everyone has their own space.
The best part of Villa LunIstra is the private pool – it is 34 m² and perfect for cooling down on hot days. Around the pool, you will find 6 sunbeds and 1 sun umbrella for relaxing in the sun or shade.
Next to the pool, there is a nice outdoor dining area with a big table for 10 people. You can enjoy long meals with family and friends and use the charcoal barbecue to cook local food.
The villa features a small playground with swings, as well as a mini football field, a badminton net, and table tennis — offering a range of outdoor activities for all ages. There are 3 private parking spaces around the house, so it is easy to park your cars.
The area around Villa LunIstra is calm and green. You can enjoy nature, fresh air, and peaceful walks. The village Šivati is quiet but close to other small towns in Istria where you can go shopping, eat at restaurants, or explore local sights. Beaches and the sea are about 30–40 minutes away by car.

Das Haus war sehr schön, auf Grund der Aktualität des Hauses (relativ neuer Bau) hat auch nichts gefehlt, schöne Sitzgelegenheiten mit Pool und Fläche für Kinder zum Spielen. Ich gehe bereits das 27x nach Istrien in den Urlaub und habe wirklich schon sehr, sehr viele Häuser und Villen angemietet in dieser Zeit, an was ich mich aber nur schwer gewöhnen will sind die explodierenden Mietpreise in den Ferienwochen. Mir ist klar, dass die Nachfrage die Preise bestimmen, aber meine ganz ehrliche Meinung dazu, die 3.700 EUR pro Woche war für mich das höchste der Gefühle, höhere Preise würde ich persönlich nicht mehr bezahlen und wenn ich teilweise lese, dass bis zu 10.000 EUR pro Woche manchmal aufgerufen werden, denke ich die Entwicklung läuft hier in eine komplett falsche Richtung. Das hat überhaupt nichts mit diesem Objekt zu tun, wie gesagt das war eine sehr schöne Woche, das geht viel mehr darum, auch künftig Ferien in Kroatien zu machen und da hoffe ich auch für die Ferienorte, dass durch solch übertriebene Preise der Tourismus nicht komplett einbricht.
