Villa Lia in Pula has three bedrooms, a private pool, and can host up to six people. The pool is in a fully fenced yard, surrounded by green grass on three sides and a terrace with sunbeds on the house side. It's perfect for cooling off during hot summer days, while you sunbathe and sip a refreshing drink. Next to the house, there is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill for preparing summer meals.
Stairs from the garden lead to the first floor, where you find a spacious and bright living room, dining area, and kitchen in an open plan. You can play table football, watch TV, enjoy a family dinner, and completely relax during your holiday. The internal staircase leads to the ground floor with three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.
Two bedrooms have direct access to the garden through large sliding glass doors, providing plenty of natural light.
Villa Lia is just outside the ancient coastal city of Pula. Pula is famous for the Arena, an ancient amphitheater from the first century.
Other attractions include the Temple of Augustus, the small Roman theater, and the Golden Gate.

The villa offers 471 m² of interior space on a 3,700 m² private plot and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It features 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, one bathroom also includes a bathtub. In addition, there are 3 extra guest WCs throughout the villa. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring comfort year-round.
Outside, guests can enjoy a 60 m² infinity saltwater pool with sea view, 8 sun loungers, 3 sun umbrellas, and a spacious terrace.
