Spanning 380 m² of refined living space on an 880 m² private property, Villa Ella comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The first floor features three stylish bedrooms, each with a double bed, complemented by four elegant bathrooms and an additional guest WC. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant stay throughout the year.
The outdoor area is designed for pure enjoyment: a 36 m² heated infinity pool with breathtaking sea views, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a dining table for six, 4 sun loungers, and 3 sun umbrellas.
The nearest beach is just 1 km away, while a restaurant can be found within 500 meters and a supermarket within 1 km. Please note that pets and youth groups are not permitted.
