The first floor features three stylish bedrooms, each with a double bed, complemented by four elegant bathrooms and an additional guest WC. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant stay throughout the year.
The outdoor area is designed for pure enjoyment: a 36 m² heated infinity pool with breathtaking sea views, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a dining table for six, 4 sun loungers, and 3 sun umbrellas.
The nearest beach is just 1 km away, while a restaurant can be found within 500 meters and a supermarket within 1 km. Please note that pets and youth groups are not permitted.

Villa Eugenia is a charming retreat that can host up to 8 guests, offering comfort and relaxation in beautiful Istria. Located near the coastal village of Mošćenička Draga, you can enjoy both the peace of nature and the beauty of the Adriatic Sea. The villa has 3 cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as two sofa beds. There are also 2 modern bathrooms for your convenience.
The villa is set on a large 3,800 m² plot, perfect for families. The outdoor area includes a volleyball or badminton net. You can also enjoy table tennis and table football for fun-filled afternoons. The private heated pool is a highlight, with 8 sunbeds and 4 sun umbrellas where you can relax and soak up the sun. There is also awning under 4 sunbeds.
For outdoor dining, there is a gas BBQ and a lovely dining area where you can enjoy meals with your family or friends. In basement of the house there is a dining area for 8 people with additional kitchen and outdoor terrace. Covered parking is also available for 2 cars.
