Surrounded by the beautiful Istrian countryside, this property is an ideal choice for guests looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a relaxing holiday in complete privacy. The house offers 146 m² of comfortable living space on a fully fenced 626 m² plot and can accommodate up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The spacious outdoor area is perfect for enjoying warm summer days and peaceful evenings. Guests can relax by the private 24 m² swimming pool, soak up the sun on one of the 5 sun loungers, or enjoy the shade provided by 2 parasols. An outdoor dining table and a fireplace for barbecues create a lovely setting for preparing meals and spending quality time together. Two bicycles are also available for exploring the beautiful surroundings, and private parking is provided for 2 cars.
The fully fenced property offers additional privacy and is particularly convenient for guests travelling with pets, which are welcome for an additional fee. Youth groups are not permitted.
