The villa has 4 comfortable rooms with double beds and one double sofa bed in the living room. There are 4 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet, so everyone has enough space. The highlight of the villa is the private jacuzzi and a big 53 m² swimming pool. By the pool, you will find 9 sunbeds and 3 sunumbrellas where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
Outside, there is a nice dining area for 10 people and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for warm summer nights. Kids (and adults too) can have fun with table football and table tennis.

Villa EmMa Istria is located near the town of Svetvincenat, in a village called Jursici. It offers everything you need for a pleasant family vacation and can accommodate up to 10 people. The beautiful sea view will completely enchant you.
The villa has 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, a cozy living room with an open kitchen and a separate own dining room. The whole villa is air-conditioned. There is also underfloor heating for colder days and pool heating on request.
Outside the villa you will find a private pool with sun loungers, which is ideal for refreshing on hot summer days, as well as a covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Also you can play table tennis at the villa. For the gaming world we have a Playstation 4.
